The North Rockhampton Senior Citizens Club Inc recently held their Christmas Seniors Luncheon.

Our clients as well as the volunteers were served morning tea as well as a delicious two-course luncheon by local firm Dunlop Catering.

The hall was decorated with Christmas bling as well as our seniors/pensioners that attended.

We were entertained by ‘Sounds Good’ who sang a variety of Christmas Songs as well as some other songs.

The North Rockhampton Senior Citizens Club has ceased activities from Thursday, 8 December and we will resume activities on Friday, 20 January when we will be celebrating an early Australia Day celebrations with a Senior’s Luncheon commencing from 9.30am and concluding at 1pm.

There will be great music by The Merrymakers and our volunteers will serve morning tea as well as a two-course luncheon. Cost will be $10 per person and carers are free.

We will have lucky door prizes, raffles, throw the thong competition and prizes for best dressed lady and gentleman.

Bookings are required by telephoning the club on 4928 2320.

We wish everyone a happy, healthy and safe Christmas and New Year and look forward to seeing them at Bauhinia House in 2023.

Thanking you. Kind regards.
