Bird calendar is a great gift

With less than two months to go to the end of the year, members of the Rockhampton North Rotary Club are busy distributing the beautiful 2023 ‘Birds of Australia’ calendar, as once again, it has proved a very popular Christmas gift as well as being a great personal calendar for the following year.

The calendar has many fans who look forward to each new edition being published.

This being so, the Wowan Multi Purpose Centre which has a monthly morning of ‘Melodies at the MPC’ with guest speakers and musicians, invited Rockhampton North members Keith Ireland and Eric Anderson to be quest speakers about the calendar at their October meeting.

This was a most enjoyable morning which is always attended by a large group of people both from Wowan and much further afield.

Similarly, a calendar presentation has also been done for the Rockhampton North Rotaryannes Group and this month, another will be at the Historical Society.

Calendars are still available for $15 at City Printing Works, Green Bros, Daniels Surgical, Frenchville Post Office, SpecSavers, Camera House, Finch’s Mitre10 and The Coast Motel Yeppoon as well as Rotary Clubs.
