Next Level Members Experience

Wednesday marked an exciting milestone at the Rocky Sports Club with the introduction of the community club’s state of the art new Nexus system.

Three impressive jet black kiosks now stand proudly in the foyer, however this new members system is certainly not just about its ‘schmick’ looks, it is designed to provide the Wandal club’s 27,000 plus members a next level experience.

Rocky Sports Club’s Operations Manager Emma Kipling oversaw the new system’s installation on Wednesday and is excited for club members to enjoy the many great features on offer.

“From the moment our members enter our venue, we are focused on ensuring that they have a positive experience, which begins with a warm genuine greeting from our reception team,” Emma said.

“Nexus is designed to deliver a fun interactive experience for our members from the moment they swipe their membership card, with entertaining games to play to earn rewards, a one-touch menu where they can enter draws, stay up to date with what’s happening in the club, track their points and collect their complimentary meal voucher during the month of their birthday.

We are committed to consistent investment in the very latest technology so we can not simply meet our loyal members’ expectations, but to exceed them.”

Next time you visit the Rocky Sports Club, one of their friendly team look forward to showing you their new Nexus system.
