North Rockhampton’s Bobby and Fay Ward enjoyed an early celebration for their 60th wedding anniversary on Saturday, 8 January, at a surprise afternoon tea.
The couple, who were married in Townsville on 19 January, 1963, had a great time catching up with family, including daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Gary Skinner, granddaughter Rebecca Skinner and partner Nicholas Crawford, grandsons Daniel, Brodie and Sam Skinner, as well as extended family members.
Bobby and Fay are expecting their first great-grandchild this year, thanks to proud parents-to-be Rebecca and Nick.
