Capricorn Coast Historical Society contributed this photo of the Anzac Day service at the Yeppoon RSL in 1948. The service was held outside the RSL Hall which opened on to Hill St. The present Cenotaph was built in 1952. Note the Masonic Hall centre top, St James top right and the fig tree in James St outside the Club Hotel.
